Create a Gmail account in the format: Role[Last 3 digits of mobile number].ecoghar@gmail.com
Official Email Usage:
The designated Gmail account is the sole authorized email address for all company-related communications.
Email Account Management:
Employees are responsible for:
- Maintaining email account security and confidentiality.
- Regularly checking and responding to emails.
- Adhering to company data storage and retention policies.
Check whether you have both these Google apps in your smartphone & laptop or not? If not, then you may install them from the link given below or activate from gmail/play store/extensions; as the case may be.

B. Tool Usage
New hires are required to commence using the provided tools within the 24 hours.
• 24 hours (after completion of onboarding): New hires must begin using the provided tools

Disciplinary Actions:

- 48 hours: Show Cause Notice
- 72 hours: Termination (by 9:30 AM on 4th day)

New hires must align with the company script within 48 hours.

Within 72 Hours of Onboarding:
E. Profile Updates:
All new hires are required to update their profiles across all platforms within 48 hours of joining. If it is not seen on every SM profile of them, within 72 hours of joining; then it implies either they are not satisfied with the job or lack the confidence to tell the truth.
Because these both situations are against our policy of transparency & sustainability, that employee must lose their job.
Failure to comply indicates a lack of initiative and commitment, essential for success.
Disciplinary Actions:
- 48 hours: Formal Warning
- 72 hours: Show Cause Notice
- 96 hours: Termination (by 9:30 AM on 5th day)
Onboarding Team Accountability:
The onboarding team is responsible for ensuring compliance with these guidelines.
After three instances of non-compliance or poor performance by a new hire, the team member responsible for onboarding that individual will be subject to disciplinary action, including potential termination.
