Candidate Folder Structure Guidelines
To ensure organisation and easy access to important documents, all candidates are required to create a standardised folder structure. Please follow these steps:
1 Create a Folder in your above new google account’s Drive: Put link of it in your communication sheet
2 Name it in your full name_your role (like abcd_HRE) This folder will serve as the central repository for all your EcoGhar Landscapers Pvt. Limited (EGLPL) related documents.
3 Share this folder with ecoghar@gmail.com by giving Editor permission and ticking the “Notify people” checkbox.
4. Create following (ABCDE) Subfolders in it:
4A. Audio: Create Subfolders in it:
4A1. Cold call
4A2. Interviews
4A3. Onboarding
4A4. Training
4A5. Mentoring.
4A6. Rehearsal (scripts, elevator, interview for ED & interview Questions For Hiring HRE)
4A6.1 Read above hyperlinked docs several times till they become your muscle memory. After that, record the script in your voice, listen for any discrepancy/inconsistency. Repeat till you can speak it clearly. Record it and upload it to the “audio> rehearsal” folder.
4A6.2 Also translate them in Hindi/English. Check for any discrepancy/inconsistency. Record them and upload them into the “audio rehearsal” folder.
4A6.3 Put links of your recordings in the CS.
4A7. Remember to store all audio files in respective folders. Apart from all interviews, onboarding recordings you must save more than 10 cold calls daily.
4A8. All audio files must be saved in mp3 format.

4A9. Rename them in this way: cc_01, ob_01_candidate name, iv_01_candidate name, rh_01, mt_01, tr_01.mp3
4B. Expenses: This folder is to Keep track of all expenses related to your candidacy, including receipts and invoices.
4C. Intellectual Property: This folder is to Save all the creations whatever you create or contribute in the course of creating a policy, doc, sheet, presentation, or other content; make and save them in relevant subfolders as needed.
4D. Study: Create Subfolders in it:
4D1. Pdf
4D2. Video
4D3. Books I Read: This folder is to Keep a record of books you will read, refer SOP for book reading.
4E. My Goal
Important:
- Ensure all folder and subfolder names are spelled correctly and follow the exact naming convention above.
- Keep your folder structure organized and up-to-date throughout your candidacy.
