Candidate Folder Structure Guidelines
To ensure organisation and easy access to important documents, all candidates are required to create a standardised folder structure. Please follow these steps:
1. Create a main folder with your name: This folder will serve as the central repository for all your documents.
2. Create the following 4 subfolders in it:
Audio: Make subfolders: ColdCall, Interviews, Onboarding, Training, Mentoring. Store any audio files, such as podcasts, interviews, or presentations. All audio files must be saved in mp3 format. Rename them in this way: ###_name of person.mp3 (### is serial number 001,002, onwards like 099,100,101 etc)
Expenses: Keep track of all expenses related to your candidacy, including receipts and invoices.
Intellectual property: save all the creations here whatever you created or contributed in creating a policy, doc, sheet, presentation or other content; making and saving them in relevant subfolders.
Study: make Subfolder pdf, video & Books I Read: Keep a record of books you've read, refer sop for book reading.
Important:
- Ensure all folder and subfolder names are spelled correctly and follow the exact naming convention above.
- Keep your folder structure organized and up-to-date throughout your candidacy.
- Be prepared to share your folder structure with main(name) folder giving commenting permission to Eco Ghar
