Dear (Candidate name);
On behalf of EcoGhar® Landscapers Private Limited, I am pleased to offer you employment with our administrative & marketing division: EcoHub® in the position of Eco-Detective. In that position, you will report to the undersigned.
Probation Period: A three-month probationary period will be applicable.
Monthly Stipend: A stipend of ₹25,000 per month will be provided, calculated on a 26-working-day basis.
Performance-Based Incentive:To retain the job, variable Incentive more than ₹23,000 must be earned each month by you.
CTC Range: Annual 6 Lac to 18 Lac; (depending upon the performance in the probation period).
Incentive Structure: In addition to the stipend, you will be eligible for (variable) performance-based incentives as follows:
Referral Incentive- ₹50 per referral person
Mission Associate Incentive- For each eligible and active Mission Associate who enrolls 3+ students within 30 days of association, you receive ₹2,000
Conditions for Incentives
- Regular and consistent identification and authorization of more than 10 Mission Associates per month
- Ensuring active performance of Mission Associates
After successful completion of probation period, Regular CTC 6 to 18 lac {depending upon your speed of authorization; 90 or more Active Mission Associate (for detail see SOP)} will be paid in regular monthly instalments in accordance with the Company’s payroll process, and subject to applicable tax and other withholdings. This position is a full-time position where you could not perform any other remunerative work for a third party.
Additional Agreements: As a condition of your employment, you agree to execute any additional agreements required by the Company as and when required during your employment. This includes any agreements that relate to your confidentiality or intellectual property assignment obligations to the Company. You further agree that at all times during your employment (and afterwards as applicable); you will be bound by, and will fully comply with, these additional agreements.
Entire Agreement: Based on the answers you gave in your job application this employment agreement, along with the Confidentiality Agreement, sets forth the terms and conditions of your employment with the Company, and supersedes any prior representations or agreements concerning your employment with the Company, whether written or oral. You acknowledge and agree that you are not relying on any statements or representations concerning the Company or your employment with the Company except those made in this agreement. This employment agreement may not be modified or amended except by a written agreement signed by you and an authorised officer of the Company.
Terms & conditions:
In probation period:
a) Create a list of local educators (tutors) through referrals, online research, and personal connections.
b) Visit prospective educators & mobile / stationery etc. dealers to assess their suitability as our Mission Associates.
c) Find persons in all large villages (population > 3000) to represent us (as our Mission Associate) who want to earn a good living (earning > Rs. 2.5 lakhs/month).
d) Conduct regular digital/social media awareness campaigns, map tagging, SMS campaigning & onsite promotions.
e) Test eligibility of enrolled students and send qualified ones to the IoK®
f) Make travel arrangements for students.
g) Recruit Junior/Batch mates as Eco Detective in neighbouring districts.
2. After probation period:
a) Identify and acquire franchisees through networking, telephonic interactions, and one-to-one meetings.
b) Coordinate between Eco-Hub, Eco-Doot, and franchisees.
c) Maintain public relations for favourable word-of-mouth publicity.
d) Identify and appoint Eco-Doot (Eco-Ambassadors).
e) Attend social gatherings to build relationships with prospective franchisees.
f) Meet periodic revenue goals through: Licensing & Franchising of goods & services via conducting Auctions; Management of franchisee & sports people, finding, grooming & Management of Models & influencers for marketing & advertising.
3. Deviation from standard operative procedure (SOP) https://www.ecoghar.com/Jo/sop is breach of contract. Your employment terminates with simultaneous forfeiture of any amount due to you at the moment.
4. Notice Period: You are required to provide a one-month notice prior to your last day of employment. Alternatively, you may choose to provide one month's salary in lieu of notice.
